I have learned that aromatic leaves go really well with miso soup.

You don’t need tofu to make miso soup.

You can be creative and use what is available in the area you live and it will be just as good as those miso soup that you make home in Japan.

I offered a man miso soup to make, and he asked me “Okay, if you are making a soup, you need lots of herbs right?”

That was a great great idea. I would never be able to guessed how yummy it is and with Iranian breakfast too!
